Giving Day Priorities

Learning shaped by place and relationships

Set beneath the Koʻolau mountains, Windward Community College is known for personal, purposeful learning, closely connected to the surrounding community. Students are supported as whole people, encouraged to explore their interests, develop skills, and build confidence through hands-on experience.

With strengths in health, sustainability, the arts, and career pathways, Windward brings together education, care for the land, and commitment to well-being for our students and community.

Your Giving Day gift of any size supports a campus where connection and learning grow together.

Meaningful ways you can support WCC today!

  • Advancement Fund Endowment
Sustain Windward CC’s mission and future by providing long‑term, flexible support that strengthens academic programs, student success initiatives, and access to education across the Koʻolau region.

  • Hawai‘i Conservatory of Performing Arts
Support the next generation of Hawai‘i’s performers through hands-on training in acting, voice, and movement. Your gift helps fund productions, student travel, scholarships, and opportunities to learn from visiting artists and global theatre professionals.

  • Veterinary Technology Fund
Power Hawaiʻi’s only AVMA‑accredited Veterinary Technology program by supporting hands‑on training, lab equipment, and learning experiences that prepare students to care for animals statewide.
  • Hānaiaulu Childcare Center
Support student‑parents and their keiki’s access to a safe, nurturing childcare environment that allows learners to focus on their education while their children learn and grow nearby.
  • Puʻuhonua: Incarcerated Education
Expand access to higher education and second chances by supporting college courses and resources for incarcerated learners working toward personal growth and successful reentry.

  • The Windward Community College Art Gallery
Directly support exhibitions, public programs, and opportunities for artists and students — helping ensure Gallery ʻIolani remains a place of connection, creativity, and kuleana for the Windward community.
