We get it.
You want to support so many amazing things — students, food security, removal of invasive species… but what if one gift could support all of those?
The Bonner Student Leadership Program supports UH Hilo students as they partner with local nonprofits to strengthen our community and create lasting, positive change.
A gift to the Bonner Program will power students as they:
- Pilot hydroponics projects with The Food Basket, providing healthy food for hundreds of families
- Work alongside ʻĀina Hoʻōla to restore and revive coastal wetlands
- Remove invasive species on Mauna Kea
- Care for animals at Rainbow Friends as they find new forever homes
- Clean and mālama beaches like Kua Bay in partnership with Clean Rewards
A gift to the Bonner Program gives in so many ways — developing workforce readiness and civic engagement while supporting more than 4,000 hours of meaningful service with local nonprofits each year.
